To anyone making $50+ per day as a CB affiliate...

I'm torn. I've had some success with CB, but it's extremely inconsistent and I don't have a system down that I can implement on each niche and be confident in its money making ability.

I really want to make this work, but it's hard not knowing how I should setup my site, where an opt in should be, if I should even bother with opt ins, if I have a blog or a static review page with other pages attached, if I target one keyword per site or somehow a bunch of keywords, do i just link to the homepage or SEO other pages as well for additional keywords... etc.

If anyone out there has gotten a system down that earns 75-100 / day consistently and doesn't mind a little Q/A about it through PMs, PLEASE reply and let me know.

Thank you,

- Brandon

My pm box is full however I will help you the best I can. First I know alot will get after me on this but I do not use an optin on a few of my pages. The only reason why this is once they are on my email for these niches as they are very very targeted it is unlikely they will be thirsty for more products in another niche. So I have pretty much left this part out on a few of my pages. Second I do prefer review pages. You do not have to be fancy with the look of the page and they will convert well so long as you are targeting the right keywords. My best review page converts 1 for 200 visitors and gets well more then that in traffic every day. Now I also target many many keywords. I also run a many different aspects to my sites to keep them there. For the longer they stay at your site the more trust you will build with them which will make them want to buy what you have to offer.

So my home page is almost always a review page giving them 3 products to choose from. I then set up a blog section which I will use to bring in mass's of traffic by targeting many different keywords. Once the blog section is started I then add on to it with a video section. This is to allow them to watch others videos on my site with out having to search other locations to find the same info. After the videos are set up I then add an amazon store to the site so they can see prices of the actual products pertaining to that niche.

With every site there is also adsense on every page. This helps increase revenues. You should remember you are only going to convert about 2% of your viewers. This goes for just about every site out there. However here is the thing. I have increase this by about 4% by simply giving them more choices. So 2% will purchase from the store while another 2% will buy the cb products and another 2% will click on and adsense link.

I would also like to note that on every post on my blogs I also link back to my review page and atleast 2 products through out the post. Now I do not try to sell them the product right off the bat but make a recommendation for them to take action on the products. A prime example of how I am doing this is if you go to my run car on water link in my sig.

I wish you the best of luck and hope this helps.

I appreciate the detail and depth here : ) When you say you use the blog section for traffic, does each post target a keyword? Do you link to each individual blog post to SEO it on Google?

Yes each of my pages is seo. I try to maintain a 2-5% keyword density for each post and keyword. However this does get tough with a few keywords. So this is not as important as other seo aspects such as bolding and italicizing fonts as well as making sure you have a link with in the first 100 words. Then links through out the post so there is atleast one link per 2-300 words. Now once again I achieve these numbers fully by adding in a simple recommendation for them to take action and view my review page and or product pages at the end of the post.

I almost for that after the recommendation I also add 5 links to other posts with in my blog so that they can continue to stay at my site increasing my chances further then the 2% everyone else is getting from their traffic. I also recycle all of my content as well. After I have posted it to my blog and it gets indexed in google. I then head over to eza and post the same article at eza. The link from the resource in eza points to 2 locations first being the original post on my blog second pointing to my review page.

Once the article is approved at eza I simply rewrite it slightly and send it out to several other article directories. I also take a spinable version of the orginal article and publish it on a niche specific set of blogs to help me take control over the front page of google for my terms. Its traffic you want and need once you can obtain a steady flow of traffic you will make consistant sales day after day.

Sounds like you are targeting keywords of non buyers but visitors who are just looking for more info on your products. Proper keyword research is key in this business. Without doing proper keyword research for buying keywords you will not get a good steady sales flow. So make sure you are targeting keywords of buyers and not just browsers.

Think of it like a store really. The owner of a say a walmart store. Wants people who are ready to spend money not just people who are window shopping. Which is one of the main reasons why walmart offers more then 10k products in any given store. This is to ensure that atleast everyone coming in is at least buying one thing. So you simply need to offer your viewers more to increase your roi.

I am in the process of turning it into a squeeze page and use an autoresponder to warm them up.
I would try switching a few of your keywords first just to see how it does. Granted a squeeze page may help but now you are creating more work for your self then just switching a few of your main keywords to see. You wont lose any traffic from your current keywords. Simply because you have already built up enough links to rank for them. So switch out a few keywords first. Depending upon what keyword tool you are using. If your main keyword tool is googles keyword tool then try to find keywords that are low in competition with a good steady flow of traffic but has a adwords price over $3 this will help ensure they are buyers and not just browsers. Once you have you new keywords in place then just go out as you normally would and build links to those new keywords instead of your old ones. In no time you should start to see a big difference in sales.

Might I ask which niche you are targeting. I do not want you keywords but it may also just be the niche itself. Some niches are great for cb products while others are great for something like adsense and or amazon. Also remember that the desperate markets are always willing to spend money more then new markets. Take mobile monopoly cb product. This is a new market and yes it sounds great. However the how to find a job market is an extremely desperate market. Especially with how todays economy is so try to keep this in mind when choosing your niche.

One of our niche keywords for our business that I did not anticipate is just simply the word "buy" in front of our highly targeted keyword. There's really not too much competition surprisingly, and it does a... I'll say better, but not good... job at making conversions compared to our original targeted keyword.

As people have mentioned, rethink your keyword strategy and work from there.

I still haven't met the CDR requirements on clickbank despite the fact I have 7 sales and around $200 in my CB account. Most my sales are off youtube marketing and it took a lot of time to get those, so I don't even know if it is worth it to try and meet the CDR requirements when I could be doing other things.

Thanks I really appreciate your input, I was thinking about making individual pages for each keyword but I may just have the main page + a blog and link to the page for each blog post like you're suggesting instead.

It all begins with proper keyword research. If you have not targeted the right keywords it will be next to impossible for you to start out getting traffic with very competitive keywords. Take your top five main keywords from your site. Then head over to google and do a search in quotes example: "keyword" and see how many are competing for that term in quotes. Then do this once again with the allintitle: example: allintitle:keyword and see once again hom many people are targeting those keywords. If the allintitle: is more then 10k you will have a very difficult time starting out trying to target these keywords. With the "keyword" you should try to only target keywords that have less then 100k to start. You can always start increasing these numbers later on but start with the lower comp first. Once you find a good set of keywords that fits into your niche you will start to see an increase of traffic by simply adding a post or 2 that is optimized for that term. Keep in mind though you want them also to be buyers not browsers.

My system of always making money with clickbank still remains the same to this day.

Have press releases written, submit them to free PR sites, link them to my affiliate review page, get traffic, get sales.

It requires work but it produces results like you would not believe.
Finding profitable campaigns take a while.

Keep at it and dont give up.

Do you mind sharing what press release sites you use? I've been wanting to do some PRs but not sure how to write one effectively since I'm so used to writing the standard article format

If you guys want to know one of my little secretes to getting high search engine ranking search my post for my the post that says 500th post massive link building strategy. Or something along those lines. It will help you get more traffic from the serps no questions asked. Using the method I provided in that post I was able to beat out cj.com for a very very strong competiton keyword term with a site that is not fully optimized for the term. Actually the only optimization I did for the term was with the title and description. The content on the page is not optimized for the term and the site is less then 2 years old beating out a site that has ten times more backlinks and is over 10 years old. Just from this one method I used.

My response will not be technical. I don't understand the technical aspects of it all. I get a little about keyword research, and a few other things. I am pretty consistent in my sales. I am also a bum marketer. Meaning it took me a while to get to this point, I did not have money to invest in anything at all except a few domain names for the most part.

I am far from qualified to assist you, not if you are wanting this to happen like yesterday. I just want to tell you it is possible. Most of mine is done through article marketing, a lot of it direct article marketing. I have a lot of articles by the way. It was a lot of work.

I remember there was a time when you seemed to do quite well in 'penis enlargement' niche. What happend? It isn't converting anymore? It still seems to be very popular niche.

It is, the thing that sucks though is that to get ranked higher than the tail end of page 1, where i am now, for my 5.5k/month keyword is difficult because many tools don't allow adult niches and it's hard to make myself do the manual work when I could be more efficient in other niches. I may work harder on it though, seeing as it IS very profitable. I think it'd be something I do SEO for in the background while working on other sites as well, so I have another stream of income building while I wait for results.
