Does anyone know of a tool that makes it easy to find virtual workers throughout the world? Instead of going from one site to the next? TIA!

Yeah, I'm very familiar with going to the various sites. However, I was just looking for a way to save time while also finding the most qualified candidates. Thanks for your input though!

I use eLance.com and oDesk.com depending on what the job is. Guru.com is another one, but I haven't personally used them.

Here's an awesome new tool. OnlineJobs.ph now allows job seekers to post videos of themselves. I think it's incredible.

This one shows how good the English can be in the Philippines.

Video pitch from a job seeker

You can get it for FREE if you sign up to use the replacemyself site. Which will give you the all important training for your workers. I also use teambox application for my projects, tasks, and communication. This builds relationship which keeps your workers.
