In The Underachiever Seminar, Frank is talking about flycather pages.

Why isnt he even mentioning this in his newer courses (mass control, list control)

Is it not being used anymore?

Becareful when you use this approach. At the time when that course was released, Google was fairly relaxed in terms of "collecting information" but today if you try that, they will decline your ad and even disable your account for not following t&c.

Heres what I would do. Create a page with content at the top and then request information at the bottom but if its just a form then its only a matter of time before it gets pulled.

I have another method. Determine a number of physical products that lend themselves to marketing via a minisite. Then, create a network of said sites each dedicated to an individual product. Now, test said products with a specific tweak to each minisite, since you are "testing", when your users click buy now it takes them to a notic of unavailability page with an mailing list opt in promising to contact them when the product becomes available. For testing purposes, each opt-in we'll consider a sale.

If your product(s) fail to test well, leave the pages up. They are building a niche mailing list for you.

This is a good tactic, but I wanna ask at least 200-300 people which are the things about that subject that keep them awake at night, so I see which are the most common pains and frustrations and concentrate my content around those
