I want to outsource article writing

I'm wondering if any reputable warriors here know or use anyone for their article writing service?

I know I can find one on guru fairly easily but i'm looking for English speaking writer (US writer).

I know the price is about $15-$20 per article (500 words) on guru. Is there anybody here that can do it cheaper? If so, i'd like to know. Thanks

    Check out ODesk.com. You can get a ton of bids and really see what type of work the worker has done before. I've had nothing but good luck with that site.

    Plus, many of the workers live in countries that enable them to charge tiny tiny fees.

    I tried odesk and elance, they are all from outside the US. Maybe Chris Ramsey is right...they HAVE to live outside the US to charge cheaper.

    My current writer now charges $90 for 8 articles...

      holy $^$& that's alot of money for 8 articles. i hope you[re getting like 10k views a day to each article and 80% on your CTR of your resource box LOL
      seriously, there are many writers here on the forum that have EXCELLENT reviews from members. there are a couple high dollar ones, but some really reasonable ones too. i would check here. you do go odesk, elance, freelancer, etc; but seems alot of them that are native english charge quite a little bit too. a quick search of for hire will show you a number of five star rated threads with high post counts. check it out

        That is not huge money - many writers get paid £20 or more for decent work. It really depends on what you want the articles for. Purely backlinks then you can settle for lower quality perhaps. But if you want solid seo optimized content for your webpages and traffic articles I think you should work on the premise you get what you pay for. Seriously don't get caught up on them being from the US. It doesn't matter whether they are British, Irish, American or Australian so long as they can write proper English using American spelling and provide well researched unique articles.

      That's not quite correct. We have been using Elance for years and the writers come from all over the world, not just outside of the US. We have had some excellent writers in the past and they have all come from the US and a couple from Australia. There are plenty of US writers available on Elance and they are very competitive.

      We have 500 word articles written for us that are priced anywhere from $6 to $15, depending on the writer.

        I've found a few writers from Odesk that were able to write a 400 word article and rewrite it 3 times for around $5 total. Most of them were fluent in English so the articles came out really well.

          there are the American island territories (guam, american samoa, n. mariana, and us virgin islands)
          and Australia island territories (norfolk, christmas, and cocos islands)

          I have no idea how much IM comes out of those countries though.

            I use Need-An-Article.com. You pay $9.95/mo. for membership and then articles are priced as follows (approximately):

            • 500 words: $5.50
            • 750 words: $9.50
            • 1,000 words: $12.50

            Add $.50 for long tail keywords. There's also another charge for LSI. They have lower rates for fewer than 500 words. They are very accomodating with special requests.

            They do re-writes as well. You can order in batches which is extremely convenient.

            I've worked with several writers at Need-An-Article for 6 months and most are very good.

            I also use All Custom Content for articles that require a lot of research. They charge (approx.) $20 for 600 - 800 words. Quality is top-notch.

    Hi

    There are plenty of great writers on here that wont charge you that type of money but you will get great work. Karen Connell is one and if you do a search for recommended writers you will find a ton more.

    Also for those of us who write for a living, most of us are good at writing US style even though we might not live there . UK or Irish educated writers are often just as good if not better lol.

    I agree 100% with Shane

    Check out the warrior for hire section there are tons of great writers on there. Just read the reviews if you need any convincing or even send them a pm and as if they have any samples.

    If your looking for something cheap i.e $0.99 then you get what you pay for in terms of quality.

    You can get some pretty good articles written for you for about $4-8. Just look around here: Warriors For Hire

    I also agree with many others here, you get what you pay for so the quality you receive will depend on how much you want to spend. Having said that, there are many good writers that will write for $9 or $10 an article and offer great quality at that price.

    There are a lot of good article writers on the forum here!

    Don't have to go anywhere else. I have found some awesome writers on this forum. They know how to write, what to write, which buttons to push, keyword density and all that jazz.

    More importantly, to not be disappointed, you should know and explain what exactly you want from an article.

    I gotta say outsourcing kicks @$$, however article or content writing is one of toughest. I have looked at hundreds of samples, tested many people and gotta say. If you are not looking for bulk, goto Fiverr or use someone here (from the USA). I would LOVE a full time outsource content writer, but each has had issues.

    I am totally in shock that so many are using article writers that are so expensive. I pay between $2 and $2.75 per 400 word article. I would not be spending the kind of money some of you are. All your profit and maybe more is being eaten up in writing costs....
