Need advise on Outsourcing

Hey guys,

I need some advise.

I've done outsourcing before and have used several programs/software that are web-based to managed these employees.

Now I'm building a sales team and would like to know which web-based open source CRM would be good to manage them.

It'll be good to know when and what time they start work (log in to the system and admin can see them) and end work (log out) for their allocated working hours. If they are being paid by the hour, I'll need to monitor this.

I don't need to have their calls recorded or any telemarketing software in the system. I'm just looking for a system to manage them knowing their working hours,be able to add leads, updates and status of the leads they call and provide report at the end of each day. I should be able to communicate with them by sending them tasks lists etc.

They will use external system for the calls though, so that is no issue. Please advise on a system to meet such requirements?

Much appreciated

    HI

Jeff mills is excellent. I was on a call listening to his webinar explaining outsourcing. He gets alot of people from the phillipines to help him .

I'm a complete newbie and i have a drum book ready for the market and i want to do a launch but don't know how besides creating a buzz on you tube . Coming out soon type thing .

I simply don't have the budget to pay some top marketer to train me on product launches . I seem doomed before i even have a chance to start .

Do a search on Google and type in Jeff mills on google . Very honest as well .

He has a free cd he will ship to you on outsourcing . You just pay the shipping . Any advice on what i can do to sell my book , i know it has great potential to sell well .

    All the best

Joe Mobly has an WSO on outsourcing which I have read and was very good.
From memory it was under $10. If you want a link please send me an im and I am happy to send it over.

Otherwise I was on a webinar this week with John Jonas who also has a site about outsourcing and it was a great webinar.

Raynor, I personally can't answer your questions, but if you're into listening to podcasts, check out the Virtual Assistant Podcast. I've listened to a few of the episodes and they're great. And free is never a bad price, right?

marketingplan, Donna Hamer, Tristan H: Thanks for your replies. I will do my research an have a look at all your options.

However, if I'm not wrong, I believe there are alot of CRM open source systems on the web to suit my requirements so I was wondering if anyone could recommend me some options. I mean I don't mind having to pay as long as they meet my requirements and of course, by paying I don't mean alot. Some companies charge like $400 plus per user which is crazy.

There are also some like ppdcomputing (uk) (I'm not sure if I can put links..haha) that offer hosted CRM for 25 pounds for unlimited number of users. Do you think it's a good option or are there better ones?

Like Batchbook, I know it's a great project management software, used by some top companies. Any advise?
