Writing Reviews of Amazon Products--A Tip and a Question
I've got two strategies that can be used separately or together to increase the speed at which you can write reviews of Amazon products.
1) The first thing to do is when you are reading the product description, on a piece of paper just just down positive and negative features. For example: + Cheap +Durable +Lots of good reviews +really stylish -heavy -hard to clean -shipping will be expensive
This shouldn't take you any more than one or two minutes. Just read the description and reviews and see what you come up with. Once you start writing your review, and you get stuck, just glance at the paper and boom, you have a bunch of ideas to reignite your mental fire and get your fingers typing out good content again.
2) I have found that copying and pasting the product description into my word document while I'm typing is a really good way to increase the speed of writing, because I don't have to keep going back to the browser window with the product description to look things up. You'd be surprised how much time that takes!
Ok, so those are my two tips and I hope that you guys like them and that they work well for you.
Now, here is my question: Some products are rather thin on their description, and after writing like 30 reviews of similar products I start to run out of things to say. Some products I end up with like 200 words and then I'm stuck--I've mentioned everything I can think of. However, 200 words isn't really long enough (or is it?). I know that the longer a meaningful review is the better. So can anyone give me tips on where to find more information about the products, or any ideas on how to come up with more stuff to say about a product? Thanks in advance if you have some ideas
