Best MRR?

I am sure this has been discussed but I couldn't find a whole lot in the search.

So, I am looking to buy an ebook(s) with Master Resale Rights for a new niche project I am trying out. I have never purchased any MRR before, so what are some of the best places to check?

That does help actually. I wasn't sure about buying MRR but was going to look into it. That's why I was wanting to know what Warriors would consider the best site for it.

Rather than buying exclusive rights, I would probably just have a writer write something for me.

Yeah MRR is just a waste of time. Outsources articles is better.. or better yet write something yourself
