Best Way to Sell A Domain Name?

I just picked up www.100percentprofit.com and thought it would be fun to see how much I can get for it.

Is sitepoint the way to go to sell this or should I go elsewhere?

To add value to it should I create a site for it and then sell it at that point?

Any suggestions for me?

    It's really iffy. I'd would probably build a site that looks appealing as that would make it more likely that someone would want the domain. If you can get some traffic started on the domain, that would make it much more valuable.
