Newbie and proud of it!...
Hi all, im new here to this forum, but not knew to the internet or internet marketing, meaning, I understand it and learn quickly, the problem is implementing it and where to start!!! that I am a newbie.
I have a one up advantage I think in that I am a successful real estate investor and entrepreneur and we got in early, meaning almost 4 years ago in buying/selling forelosures for profit. So, we created a kick ass short sale business where we use no money, no credit. we have the proof of the deals we closed and the system we use. So, we are not just gurus or affiliate marketers (nothing wrong with that) just saying...I want to do BOTH, we wrote a great ebook, I hate that word ebook! why is this now all caps all of a sudden?
anyway..i have a short sales book/kit to market, i have kajabi, i have a kick ass teaser video, i have the fb and social media sites ready to go. now what??!!!
i want to share with others the secret tips and actual methods to do short sales and create a business around it, from home or open your own office.
my user name is my domain, but now what? build a list? give away free stuff? then drive to product? find affilaites? create backlinks? google ads? yahoo search? cl? fb? youtube? articles? on and on and on.
i am looking forward to finding the right people to work and learn from on here, i love it, i cant get away from this board!!!! im hooked!
