Question on Paypal protection, over seas...

So I have a site which the buyer is in Asia and if they pay via Paypal it shows that I am partially protected, but if I show proof, I do not think the USA post carrier can provide me proof of delivery to an unconfirmed address.
Anyone have dealings with selling a site to someone over seas?

    Do your due diligence first, if everything checks up and if the money is not significant I would just go ahead with PayPal. Otherwise I wouldn't trust PayPal too much and would use something like escrow.

    I will go ahead, the person has a business paypal account since 2004.
    Also I think I am protected since I will digital deliver this.
