Does anyone know how Ryan Deiss has this at his site DrivingTraffic.com | Ryan Deiss' Internet Traffic Report

It pops up and shows an opt-in form when you first visit the site.

I'm also curious about how he's able to determined if someone's already signed up for his email list (so the pop-up doesn't show again).

    I have set this up for some of my clients in the past - drop me a PM if you want me to set one up for you. Here is the last one I made: Learn to Play Tennis

    (Other versions have the clients aweber opt-in integrated into it)
