a question about post formatting...NOT A PLUG FOR MYSELF!! HELP PLEASE!!!
hopefully someone doesn't mind helping me with this minor issue. it's been bugging me.
i basically take care of my own sales pages on the forum for my services, however 1 thing i have not figured out how to do. thats formatting the paypal merchant button i create to show as they show on this thread:
edit removed...sorry
i'm trying to figure out what code i need to write to get the button to display with those words like 'purchase here' or "buy now!" in blue like that as a link, without showing strange tags in the copy or displaying incorrectly, or other crap. whenever i try to do it myself, the url ends up all wrong and it doesn't display properly.
so i've been paying someone a small sum to clean up my pages once i get them ready to launch, and it's agrivating. i'd rather learn how to do it and keep my money
so is this done in the html editor mode, or the standard editor?
for example if my button is http://paypal.com/xxx
what code would i insert to get it read "PURCHASE HERE" and what editor mode would i use to do that? i know i need to use the "email" code from the paypal button, i just can't figure out how to use it.
any help would be extremely appreciated. like i said, just trying to gain the knowledge to save myself a few bucks
thanks for stopping by warriors. the link i put in was to illustrate what i'm trying to do, not shameless self promotion.
