How do I test Postback URL's are working with networks?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where it comes under.

I've developed a content locker script that allows you to include offers from all the major networks. Users must complete an offer to unlock the page. Yes I know there is one for wordpress, but I didn't want to use wordpress so developed one that can be used on anything.

The problem is, how do I test offers to ensure the postback urls are working and the content is unlocking? I don't want to complete the offers myself incase the networks ban me but I can't see any other way to test it.

I've completed 2 offers on NeverBlue to test my script and it's not posting back. My script is fine, it's something with Neverblue.

I need the users IP address who completed the IP. Basically the IP is stored in the database and the content is unlocked based on their IP. I'm passing the IP address along the subid. I'm not sure if there is a better way of doing it but NeverBlue don't reveal the users IP so I don't know how else to do it.
