Twitter/Facebook/Dropbox + Wifi Hotspot = HACKED!!

If you use Twitter, Facebook, Evernote or Dropbox on a Wifi Hotspot, beware.

A new Firefox extension, Firesheep, makes it easy to steal your login cookie and let other people immediately post as you. It also reveals passwords.

The solution: use the plugins listed in the TechCrunch article above to SSL encrypt all connections. Disable once you're back on a secure network.

If you're a marketer with 10,000 followers or friends, you should be especially worried about someone spamming your list while at a Starbucks.
