You could try ecoverartist or semmy who are both members of the WF. I have used both within the last month and their work is high quality, reasonably priced and on time.

Can anyone recommend a good set of e-cover templates? I have seen tons of the packages floating on the Internet. I have even tried a some in the past and they were not really all that great. I've heard that there is e-cover software that can simplify this. Anyone heard of that?

Have you tried CoverAction Pro?

We use it for ours and it produces great results.
