Traffic Travis Keyword Tool not working !?!?!?

I just purchased the pro version of traffic travis, and for some reason i can't get the keyword tool to work.... at all...

It won't pull up any results... just keeps saying sorry no results, for anything I try.

Any Ideas??

    I think you will get a better answer by emailing their support helpdesk, I'm sure they have one on their website.

    I usually have this problem too. There are times that results show up but still there are times that all they're giving you is a blank result.

    Try their support.

    If it still doesn't work, get a refund.

    And, I'll add that all the keyword research you need to do you can do most of the time with free tools. Use the free tools!

    Try to contact the support team. Mark Ling has a great team. They ALWAYS reply my questions within 24 hours. Having said that, I think TT is a good product and they should be able to solve your problem quickly

      It might have to do with Google´s recent change in the Captcha. Market Samurai and Micro niche FInder did have issues as well last week.Market Samurai Sorted it out rather fast and MNF did seem to take a bit longer. I believe it was stated they would sort it out over the weekend.

      They might be having the same issue.

        FYI MNF is STILL dead. No update for the past few days.

          mnf is still down. the note they posted says it relates to google's "external tool". looks to me like google cut off their access.

            Same with MS so far with me.
            Mine keeps saying that i timed out.
            MS support still cant get mine going for me.
            Maybe because im on a dial up.
            Ya i know,i need broadband but icant afford satellite right now and thats the only option i have.
            Besides,AOL is dial up.

    I use MS and Traffic Travis. I just use them for different things. I haven't noticed anything lately though. Although I have been busy on other projects and not keyword research per se.

    Traffic Travis came out with a new version today... hopefully it resolved this issue... time will tell!!

    Is this the Traffic Travis tech support board? Why have you made three posts in three different places on WF about this derh?

    If you actually paid for the software contact them and solve you issue.
