How To Promote A Clickbank Product If I Can Not Find It In CB Marketplace?

Hi everybody. I hope you are doing good. Iwant to promote "The Diet Solution" program, the Spanish version. I saw it some days ago in the Marketplace but it has dissapeared now. I can't find it on Clickbank :confused:

I visit the site at El Mejor Plan de Dieta para Perder Peso con Planes de Alimentación y Recetas Sencillas | Comer Para Perder an it is definitely selling through Clickbank. What can I do to promote it? Hoe can I generate the hop link?

    Well I don't speak Spanish so it's pretty hard to navigate around their site.

    I did however find this email soporte@comerparaperder.com ( I think its their support!).

    You could drop them an email and ask for the hoplink or a URL for the affiliate centre.

      I already did that. I would like the hoplink now since I am writing a presell report in this moment. I think I will have to wait for their response unless somebody else has a tip for this.

        Why not just add your hoplink to the end of the web address. I have done that before and it worked just fine.

    I also have problems finding products on ClickBank, even if I know the exact title of the product. I find that CBEngine has a search engine that will actually find things easier, so that's what I use. Then, with the information in hand, I go back to ClickBank and can usually get where I want to go.

      I have done this several times. I track my stats with my PPC campaigns and all hops show up on Clickbanks stats. I have had sales too that I am positive that came from these links.

      So why doesn't this work?

      There are other parameters in their landing URL so you might want to grab someone that is spanish to see what that customization does from their aff area (it's probably so you can target certain pages/landers/video vs. no video etc).

      I am not trying to be difficult, because if I am missing out on sales I would like to know. But when I do it my way (your #2) I still see my name at the bottom of the sales page.

      Am I missing something here?

      Maybe a cookie on my computer?

        Alex, here's the problem. I checked the sales page source code and this is
        the pay link:

        http://10.elcpp.pay.clickbank.net

        It is product number 10 in this guy's account which means there
        is no easy and direct way to promote it. There are scripts and
        programs out there that will allow you, as an affiliate, to
        promote a product that isn't product number 1, but I don't know
        what they are off the top of my head.

        But the vendor ID is elcpp. If you type that into the CB
        Marketplace, you'll find the product that IS listed there.

        Maybe this guy either doesn't want affiliates OR was too cheap
        to open up another CB account for this product. It does
        appear that he has at least 10 products for sale there ALL
        under the same account.

        Most people who do this are simply too cheap (and stupid) to
        pay the Clickbank fee to have the product listed under another
        vendor ID.

        Makes me wonder how successful this guy REALLY is.

          I just did this CB search:

          Marketplace - ClickBank

          And I found the same product ALSO under product number 1.

          Anyway, there it is if you want to promote it.

            Thansk for the link. This product is the Spanish Version of The Diet Solution Program. It has been quite succesful so I can't understand why she would not pay for another accpunt to list this product

              That IS the main link. He DID pay for it but just has the product under
              product 10 too, which I don't understand for the life of me.

              My gut tells me this guy is not one of your more successful vendors.

    Hi Alex,

    time for a very cool trick :-)

    1.) If you want to know the vendor of a ClickBank product go to the clickbank orderpage.
    2.) Open the sourcecode of the site with your browser.
    3.) Search for (with the tabs strg + f and using the window)
    <!-- vs:
    In your example you find
    <!-- vs: elcpp -->

    and elcpp is the vendor-id of your vendor :-)
    4.) Put elcpp into the search window at the ClickBank
    marketplaces and when the vendor is still active you
    will see the stats.

    That's all and you can use it for all ClickBank order pages.
    Because your vendor is not inside of the ClickBank Marketplaces
    look for other examples where this works.

      You can try cbengine.com and then goto the new product tab, the new product should show up there.

    I would carefully inspect the Diet Solution Program as a good product to support or not for a variety of reasons - maybe the Spanish version doesn't suffer from these issues but the US version does.

    - When people opt-in to the diet solution program mailing list they are sent information on 'Beyond Diet' - another dieting product that isn't even available via ClickBank. You're losing sales not only to a product other than DSP but one you can't even sign up to be an affiliate for.

    - The US version has a PHP script which does redirection - so you can send as an affiliate people to all sorts of inner pages and set your affiliate link. Only your affiliate link is over written by their affiliate link.

    - Here's an example - download the XLS here:

    - Add in your affiliate link and go to the 'Healthy French Toast Recipe' URL.

    - You'll see a link to another ClickBank product called Healthy Urban Eating - which has their affiliate link in it when someone orders.


    There are many, MANY MANY examples of how this vendor takes your traffic and converts it into something that doesn't in any way generate you an affiliate commission.

    You can do better.
