Easy Way For A Newbie To Make $500

Okay I'm going to try and keep this quick but I really want as many people to reply to it as possible - because I'm going to try and explain a really quick way for someone with absolutely NO marketing experience to make $500...

It's in light of all the other "how do I made $X" posts, I'm going to give you guys a real easy way of making quick cash...

Okay so here it goes.

If you're a newbie, you're likely to be in this situation:

> Have NO List
> Have NO Website
> Have NO Knowledge of marketing
> Have NO "contacts" to JV with

What I'm going to show you now is a way that ANYONE can get out any make money online...

Step 1 - Go to ClickBank Marketplace - ClickBank and see which products are selling best in a variety of niches.
Just click on the various markets that you get with the drop-down and then note the products which are in the top ten for each.


Step 2 - Take the products you have found to be best sellers and head to Yahoo! Answers - Home
Do an advanced search for the open questions for the problem the product solves. Keep it broad - like if you found "Penis Advantage" to be popular, search for "bigger penis" or something in Yahoo!Answers.

The trick here is to keep the search as broad as possible because this will show you the number of people with that problem in the market AND an easy source of free traffic


Step 3 - Decide on ONE problem you have found and buy a generic domain.com for it
You need to get a domain which appears to give information more than anything. For example, instead of "GetABiggerPenisNow.com" register "NaturalPenisGrowthRemedies.com".

Be non-sales because at this stage you're just funneling people into your FREE information.

I prefer to use to buy domain names from Namecheap.com - just use the coupon code "FirstSnow".


Step 4 - Create a SIMPLE landing page which offers a free guide based on the needs of the market
Since we're going to be focusing on a particular problem, just focus on providing a beginner's overview of how to tackle that problem and then put that into a free guide which is no more than 10-20 pages long.

Don't be afraid to include topics which mightn't be relevant - just plump your free book up with as much content as possible to increase opt-in conversions.

Here's the kind of landing page I'm talking about:

Step 5 - Write your free guide
You can get your content from EzineArticles & just reword it. Remember, it's a FREE book so you don't have to get all premium on them.

You need to make sure your guide focused on a particular problem (like people who have small penises), try and give them and OVERVIEW guide on how to fix their problem.

For example, "The Beginner's Guide To Enhancing Your Manhood" or "The Nautral Penis Growth Blueprint".

In the book, just outline where the market is at (I.E which products they can use to help them) and then suggest which is the best method to use.

You *could* drop some nice affiliate links in there too


Step 6 - Get an opt-in form on your site
Get down to Aweber and sign up for a free account (I'm sure it's free for up to 500 subscribers). Not sure but I know they do a free test drive.

Then do all the business of creating a list & putting the opt-in form on your website (Awebs will be able to help you with this if you get stuck).

I like to pimp out my opt-in form with a nice red button which turns to green on hover-over :-p


Step 7 - Upload your site to your hosting account and make it "live"
If you don't have a hosting account, get on down to Hostgator.com and sign up for their $7.95 package. Admittedly, support isn't great and their uptime is about 90% on this particular package but it's by far the cheapest and most reliable around.


Step 8 - Start to promote your new landing page with Yahoo!Answers
You know all those open questions you found before? Well bring them back up and start answering them by saying something like...

"If you really want to grow your penis in the safest and most natural way, then before you get suckered into the pills and scams, you should read the free guide at http://www.naturalpenisgrowhtremedies.com. It shows you everything you need to know about how to naturally increase the size of your penis"

I tend to post 5-10 of these answers a day, just to keep it on the low-down.


Step 9 - Once you get a sizeable list (and I've been getting 40 opt-ins a day with this method), create a survey and get to know them
Just head to SurveyMonkey.com - Powerful tool for creating web surveys. Online survey software made easy! and create a free account. Then create a survey which asks them stuff like what gender they are and what they want to achieve.

This is VERY niche specific and obviously if you're helping people with their small penises, you don't want to ask them their gender...

With my ongoing penis enhancement example, I would ask such questions as:

> How big do you want your penis to be
> How quick do you want to grow your penis
> What's the main reason for wanting a bigger penis
> How long have you been looking for a solution for
> What size is your penis now
> What is your age

Then just send an email to the list asking them to help you get to know them better - so you can provide the best content for them (which is 100% true).


Step 10 - With your new data, create a simple $10 report on the best way to do X
If you're looking to generate a lot of wealth, you've got to put some graft in. And creating a report on how to best ACHIEVE their goal is one of the best ways to do it.

All you need to do is to take the answers to your survey and then say "The best way To Boost Your Penis' Length By 2inches in 2 months"

All you need to do then is to just look at expert sites & ezine articles about how they recommend to help them with their problem and you just need to rehash that info into a product of your own.

Short, sharp, simple. It only takes 50 orders to make $500 AND you can then grow that business into something that has a product in Clickbank and a bigger presence in the market.

There's marketing 101 for you!!

This method is great. when I first got started all I had was a landing page and an opt in form.

no website just list building and sending emails.

when they would opt in I just gave them a seven day email report and sent about 2 emails a week after that, so when I was ready to put up a site I already had a community of buyers built.

Thanks this post is a good way for someone new to make there first 500 pretty fast.

According to the Community Guidelines - Yahoo! Answers Yahoo states that

"Exploiting the community

This basically means that it's okay to post your site with a topical answer HOWEVER (and this is my downfall), if you just copy and past the same generic answer over and over, it will likely be registered as "off topic".

It's a balance between taking a few minutes to write an answer or just plastering Y!A with a generic answer to get traffic to your site.

If you're just starting out, you might want to take the time to answer the questions and provide a link to your site.

However, I go through accounts like wildfire but as long I'm providing an "answer" to their question with a reference so for my morals - it's fine.

I personally DON'T condone "spamming" in any way shape or form.

I just post too many generic answers I think. If you want to avoid your account getting suspended then you will have to take the time to answer the questions properly...

Which isn't THAT bad because if you're serious about a market - it gives you invaluable experience of the typical questions they are asking.

Just get back on and create a new account ^_^

If you're determined to get a seed list (which is INVALUABLE in any busines) then you'll take the time to post a lot of Yahoo Answers.

I would stay out of answering questions about "working from home" on Yahoo answers. There is a bad habbit marketers have there that if you are saying something they don't like or they think your trying to compete with them they will flag you real quick. And Yahoo sucks at trying to win an appeal as to why you got flagged. I had one account suspended from being flagged. The messed up part is after it got flagged I appealed the three flags, I won all three apeals and they still would not reinstate my account. I was at level 4 when it got suspended and had never answered a question in the "work at home" area. When I did in less than three days it got suspended. Just a heads up.

Much better to do 30 minutes of research with google, take notes and then write your own text.

Great strategy RichPeck! I would also add that you might want to offer a free cd of the book where the prospect can either download the book or send you a few dollars for postage and handling. This way you will be able to capture the prospect name, e-mail address and physical address.

What I meant was that you use the articles as your research and then write around their topics and ideas. I didn't mean you just swipe a bunch of EZA and claim they are yours. That's wrong.

If you want newbies to benefit from your plan you will need to explain to them how they go about doing step four.

I understand that a "newbie" likely couldn't make a landing page however, there are tools you can use to get the job done...

Two examples are that you *could* use BlinkWeb - Free Internet Marketing Website or Blog! or you could even use Wordpress with a custom page for the homepage!

As a newbie getting cashflow going is of major interest to me. I have never done a landing page before but I have downloaded Trellian to do so. Do you recommend any other services that would also be worth looking at or should I just crack on with thm.

I personally use Dreamweaver but anything will do.

Just make sure you can some basic graphics and can put text & pictures onto the web page.

Great Post Rich.. But I will have to side with Kay on this.. You should spend the time doing the research yourself + this will help you not post generic answers.. If you did the research and you know the product that can help then your anwers will be more helpful and thus building your relationship with your list would be easier..

Taking short-cuts dont always work...

I know enough about my markets to make pretty detailed posts (most questions are like "How Do I START X" anyway)...

It's just a case of time for me.

I set aside 30 mins in the morning to get a few niche answers covered then I will leave it - so I want to get maximum exposure for that day.

yahoo answers have helped me out a lot matter of fact. It gets a lot of attention, especially if its a popular topic. I wouldn't suggest penis enlargement though because of all the penis enlargement scam emails that are sent out daily. It may make your ad less attractive.
