AutoResponder for services

Is there an autoresponder out there, that helps when you are offering services?

For instance, If I put someone on an autoresponder and the reply after the third email, and the fourth though 12th emails say something along the lines of trying to get them to work with me or download a free report, etc.

What could I do this? Would I simply take them off the Autoresponder and start speaking to them manually? Or is there an easier way to do it?

What system do you prefer?

Get them to opt in another list if they download the free report and automatically remove themselves from the original list (don't worry, all major autoresponder has this function).

You can filter them multiple times this way by creating another list.

    Just like...

    1st list - Freebies seekers
If they bought - get them to opt in another list (you could named it "buyers"...

And in the buyers list.. you promote high end items and if they further bought it, get them to opt in another list and named something like "highend" etc. (whatever you like).

Sending them emails manually is only when you have something that you wish to announce that you have not planned and we use a tool within the autoresponder called "broadcast" ...

    Hope that helps...

I just recently switched from iContact to Get Response. Much more user-friendly and it does what you want it to do. Here's an example of what you can with your clients/prospects using Get Response. What follows is the different methods you can use to switch contacts from one list or campaign to another.

    * remove-on-sale: Once the sale is made in a certain campaign, your contact can be automatically removed from its Active list and no longer receive follow-up messages. This is very useful for removing someone from your advertising campaign once they have purchased a particular product.

    * move-on-sale: Another option is to have your contacts moved from one campaign to another once a sale is made. For example, a contact can be automatically removed from your advertising campaign, and be added to a campaign for a related product.

    * remove-on-remove: Campaigns can be configured so that when contacts remove
themselves from one campaign, they'll automatically be removed from several. Enable
this feature if you maintain several campaigns and share contacts between lists.

    * remove-on-subscribe: When you have two or more campaigns, contacts can be
automatically removed from one campaign when they add themselves to another.
Example: You have two campaigns running. The first is a product advertising campaign
aimed at prospective buyers, and the second offers product tips for customers. Once your contact becomes a customer and signs up for the 'tips' campaign, they can automatically be removed from the advertising campaig

    Hope this helps!

Infusionsoft although on the expensive side would be your best bet with this. However I would be more interested to see your sales funnel and determine what autoresponder would really suit you better. As infusionsoft can segment your list via the actions they take in an email.

To do this in aweber they would need to re-opt into another list to be removed from the previous list.

In Icontact and getresponse you can move them around (although it can be difficult if you are new to it)

I have always thought aweber was the best until today when they purposely deleted list I have built for years. When I called in their reason was that if they decide they do not like the programs you're promoting, that they will delete your list and deactivate as well.

It's sick that a company that has been paid every month for years can cause me hell like this. I am contacting my lawyer in the morning. The owner want to play judge and take the money for years and now screw good customers. I have never had one complaint.

You know you have copied and pasted this into a number of forums.
