Default Another Clickbank thread: Your Return Rate?

I know in this business we are going to come across people asking for their money back. I know even the good products are going to be returned. I was just wondering for those of you who make lots of sales selling different clickbank products what are you return rates?

I'm still relatively new but I started promoting a product that has 10 sales so far and I just got the 4th return request making it 6 net sales. The product has been around for awhile and has a relatively high gravity, I just want to know if this seemed normal.

Default Re: Another Clickbank thread: Your Return Rate?

Returns are normally higher in IM compared to other niches.

For the products I promote, the non-IM ones have VERY low refund rates (2% or less).

You can expect at least 5% for most products, and 10% plus on IM products, unless it's really good product, or you have such a great bonus that they don't return it.

I never expect any of the product owners to even have a stick strategy, so I try to offer a bonus, or get them on my list via a squeeze page. That way I can send follow up emails (how's the product working out? Have you read the great tip on pg 76? etc.) This is also a good way to get consulting gigs, charging someone else's customers for support.
