Managing Prospects and Buyers
I assume ppl are using autoresponder automation rules to automatically remove a contact from your prospect list whenever that contact opts-in to your buyers list. If this is true and a tiny percentage of buyers choose not to opt-in after purchase, isn't it possible that you might still be pitching them the product that they just bought simply because they're still on your prospect list?
Also, if you have more than one product, do you have a separate buyers list for each product or do you just have a single buyers list which contains contacts for anyone who has bought at least one of your products?
TIA!
