How Are You Cashing In On The Halloween Niche?

I was thinking about trying to get a head start on black friday, but am not sure of how to do it. It will be here before you know it and I have seen that if it is done right it can pull in several hundreds of dollars in one day. A good module would be to see what people were doing now to cash in on the halloween niche. So I am asking how are you making money in this niche, and what platform,(adsense, amazon, etc.) are you using to do it? Which one has been the most successful for you?

    This was really my first year delving into the Halloween niche. I did that with one Squidoo lens and one new niche web site that was specific to a TV show that I like. I set up the lens and site highlighting ways you could dress up like the characters. Both took me about 4 hours to complete and I would guesstimate I have made about $500 via Amazon and Commission Junction. I am not even in the top #5 for search results either since I did almost no marketing or backlinking. It is not going to make me rich by any means but the extra cash was nice.. especially after activity petered out on one of my other seasonal niches.. Back to School. The experience will have me looking closer at other Halloween sites next year... my first foray was not bad IMO.. for only 4 hours of work.
