How Good is SEO Hosting?

Has anyone tried SEO hosting? is it any better then normal hosting?

I understand the concept behind links from different IP addresses, just wondering if anyone has really benefited from it

Maybe, maybe not. It's debatable.
It is however more cost effective to buy 2 or 3 cheap web hosting plans from different providers, and then do some 3 way linking.

It really depends on if your interlinking your sites. You'll want to link on different class-c IPs if you're doing that. If not, then it's not really a big deal.

If your building a blog network/link farm(the smaller the footprint, the better)
