how to do this in Paypal?

Hi! I need to send money to someone who has no Paypal account using funds from my PP account. I have her bank account details. Should I attach her bank account to my Paypal and use the withdraw money option to send her the money?

What's your advice? I haven't done this before. I'd appreciate any help on this.

Absolutely DO NOT DO create that account.
PayPal will cancel your account if found out.

If you know this person well enough to have their
bank details, in the first place, then you should have many
    other avenues to send money.
Why not just send a check in the mail or use Western Union,
    Wire transfer and etc.

If there is no rush, have her set up a PayPal account
and have her register HER bank account to HER PayPal account.
This sounds like a girlfriend or relative. LOL
    Hope this helps,
    Carey

I agree with Carey. Unless the receiver is in a country where PP is not accepted, it's quite simple to send money through the "Send Money" tab when the other person has a PP address. I had my sister do some data entry type work for me and I would pay her this way (she lived on the other side of the country) and it worked nicely. I even sent her kids' birthday money this way

Carey, Stacy, thanks for the warning and advice. It's really great to be here, I feel I'm in safe hands.

The problem is Paypal doesn't cover her country. What do I do?

Unless this person is a teen ager, she should have some type
of banking or savings account vehicle.
          OR
Ask her if she has a Parent or relative or friend, whom she trusts
and use one of the methods I suggested above.
Send them the money and they can give it to her.
          OR
Marry Her in your Country of Cyberspace !

That is exactly what she did. She gave me her bank account number so I can send funds to that account. That's why I was asking if it would be okay to attach the said bank account to my Paypal and withdraw funds from my Paypal account to that bank account of hers.

Lol, she is already married. :p

I don't know where you are (You should fix your Country for this forum),
but a wire transfer would probably be best.
Cost should be reasonable, (it is in the US).

Go to your Bank and send one to her as you already
              have her account details.
