Auto blogs?

I've been asking a lot of questions lately but I'm just curious about a lot of things.

Are auto blogs a good way to make a few bucks a day?

Are they easy to set up?

What are the ways they can make money?

How much research do I have to do?

How much would it cost to have one made or one that is already made?

I'm only talking about anywhere from 5-20$ a day from a auto blog as well.
