I know it's a bit early for Thanksgiving, but with the holidays coming up, I know we're all going to be really busy, so I'm giving this gift of thanks early.
Recently, many of us took notice of the thread, "The #1 Newbie Frustration".
Because I am in the 'business and finance' niche, I find lack of planning to be the frustration that newbies don't even realize is what's frustrating them, and I was honored to have Paul Myers note that it was 'part of the answer,' and then have him help to complete the thought. Here is his quote:

My First Free Gift To Warriors
I made a quick mindmap of a business plan this morning, and here it is: One Gift for Warriors and anyone else who happens to find it on Youtube. I've left it free of any 'voice' or 'music' so as not to provide even more distractions.
My Second Gift To Warriors:
I've written a very simple business planning book with some resources on how to write a business plan. It's not a book that is meant to teach the methods of securing high finance business loans, but more a way to clearly define your model, raise your start up capital, and resources to take your business plan to the next level, where you may actually be able to use it to apply for business credit. Use this book to get your business planned, or sell it or give it away.
