Are there any sites out there that offer pre-monetized websites for sale? I mean while Flippa provides a great resource. A majority of the pre-monetized sites on there carry a very large price-tag.

Is it possible to buy a site like this without breaching $1,000.00?

    digitalpoint also has sites for sale although proof of earnings is a little more difficult to acquire from the seller. Flippa auctions usually go for about 10-15 months revenue. That's not too much if you have plains to improve earnings or you are going for long term growth.

    Why don't you just model a site you can't afford to buy and create your own using their keywords etc. You get all the analytics, just a matter of doing seo and you can have yourself a profitable site. I do it regularly.
