I like to build small niche websites, that make a couple hundred a month, I tend to release alot of these as soon as I find an interesting market, how many sites do you all launch per month?

Well, I'd say I average about 2 sites per year.

I do anywhere between 8-10 websites a month.

Some of them make me nothing and others make me $20 a day.

I usually find a few niches I'd like to promote and build mini sites...

We are doing 10 a month. But we are looking to doing one a day
    in the near future.

I used to just run a couple of websites and just concentrated on marketing those websites.

Over the last few years, I've changed my marketing tactics. I now go for a lot of niche sites that make less money per site, but they are easy to make and require very little upkeep. As a result, I can release 4-10 of these each month (no outsourcing either).

I used to try and do 10+ per month for a while, but never fully focused on them - they ended up being bad quality too. Now I personally choose quality over quantity and am making just a couple a year maybe.

For some the mass approach works, for others it doesn't. So stick at what's working for you.

I used to build 8-10 new sites a month. I absolutely do nothing to them, and they get some traffic and adsense. Reason, I just like doing niche research.

Now I prefer to spend time to build backlinks and article marketing for them.

yeh i think its a good idea to have a few up at once. Now I have 4 running and when I find a back linking techniques I can use it on more sites. but having too many will dilute you from the backlinking unless you have good help. all depends really
