digital product delivery using clickbank?

Hey guys, I'm about to put a product on clickbank.com, but as i'm new to this kind of thing i do have some queries...

First of all, what's the best method of delivering a digital product to someone and is there a way of making it automated? and also a way of protecting links from multiple downloads?

If anyone with some clickbank experience has any other tips or anything that would be greatly appreciated!

    The delivery is automated since ClickBank provide the download link to the customer after payment.

    I'm going to hazard a guess and say that this is your first product? If so, I wouldn't recommend spending any more money on download protection, instead create your download page and call it something unguessable like download8130bgsf261.html.

    Then be done with it! Start marketing and making sales! If your product becomes popular and is very profitable, only then would I consider you look at some high end scripts that can protect your downloads and download page.

    Hi!

    I've got to agree with Gary!

    If its your first product do the basics. Create a thankyou page that is unguessable and go on from there.

    After your first few sales you may want to invest in scripts to protect the download page etc.

    I sent my first product via email using my autoresponder when I was starting out.

    I would go with Gary's suggestion on waiting to see how the sales go and to just use a web page address that no body can figure out. After your product takes off you might like a program like Download Guard (DLGuard), I've heard that people like that program, but I don't really know anything about how clickbank works when you are a seller.

    I don't recommend using a webpage with a download link or even an email with an autoresponder. It is too easy to have your content stolen. Sites like e-junkie are so easy to manage and costs just $5 a month for up to five products.

    HOWEVER, if you are dead set on using a webpage with a download link, then be sure and hide that page from the search engines by using:

    <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, FOLLOW">
