Good Grammar Checker for ESL People

I know that there are a lot of Warriors who speak English as a second language. My husband is Japanese.

I typically just go through his writing and fix his grammar, but he's applying for a job that would require a lot of written communication and I won't always be able to do that for him.

I'm looking for a great grammar checker for him. Ideally, I would like something that makes suggestions of what's going wrong and not just something that says there's a mistake. I've tried Whitesmoke and wasn't particularly impressed.

Anyone have a favorite tool?

    You can set us MS Word to do quite a bit of grammar checking. Look under Word Options >> Proofing

      I would like to suggest to you that you should go to www dot spellcheckertool dot com to help you with your writings. This is not just for spell checking but also for grammar corrections, punctuations, writing styles, and a lot more! I am using this Spell Checker Tool with my own writings and I found out that this is very helpful! Good luck! =)

    MS Office 2010 Word will be the best option. It has all the latest grammar definitions and usages.
