So.. I want to produce about 1000 landing pages...

Based off a list I made to target attainable local searches in terms of SEO, of course there's several ways to do it but I'd love your insight on it.

Basically theses pages would need to fit the colors and graphics of local compagnies, closest to a website but as cheap as possible.

Outsourcing is an option and so is software, I don't have a team to do it locally.

Theses pages will be sold as advertising locally..The model consist of positioning landing pages of local business or services searches and reselling them to local businesses.

    1,000 is a tall order. Try to contain as many as possible on one website per niche. Outsourcing is a very good idea.

    If not, just build, say, 10 a day. You'll reach 1,000 in no time (realitively speaking).

        1000 or 10,000 or 1 million is impossible manually but it's a piece of cake for a software.

        It's really not a complicated software: basically it's a template that gets some customized info and spits html or php code. To make everything neat it should also publish to a webserver, but really it looks like a very simple software project.

        Check the WF for programmers and you get what you want.

    I would suggest building one landing page in PHP and passing the site settings in via url parameter... I.E. say your site has a Title and a color scheme - you could make the site respond to a url like this: http://yoursite.com/yourpage.php?tit...OURCOLORSCHEME

    and so on. That way one page can service tens of thousands of links that set the page to look how you want based on the incoming URL. This works well if the content it the same and you just want a different page title or very simple variablized parts of the site.

      The thing is, the pages all have different content in order to target specific keywords (SEO) along with the fact that it will be different clients for each pages.

      It's quite a project as it requires a different content and graphic design for each pages.

      My goal is to land pages on the local level in several areas and then give them away as advertising, if the client likes the impact it had on his business he signs up for a subscription, if he doesn't; it goes to his competition...

      Thoses will be given away which is why I can't afford to have them all done manually as it will cost a ton in labor.

    I would outsource it. Hire somebody cheap from elance/odesk etc at $1/hr or something!

    From my experience... its not a good idea.
    You end up spreading yourself too thin.

    Focus on 10 of those thousand pages and give it all you got.

    So hardcore research first on google keyword tool.

    Plus... if you're starting from scratch... get a .org domain coupled with a wordpress site.

    Add the basic but necessary plugins like google sitemap etc..

    Make sure you change the "Permalinks" to:

    /%category%/%postname%/

    And then just focus on backlinks, blog commenting etc...

    I like wordpress because you can change the design, sidebars, header, footer just ONCE... instead of each page separately.

    I created a php script that does the following. It produces an individual page for each city, state or province selected w. Keywords in URL string and throughout unique seo content for each page. Evrey thirty days in refreshed content on the page. I have over forty examples online. Script is installed within 48 hours. I can generate 10 or 180,000 pages each with unique content and live keyword tracking. I can produce the content in any language aswell. Generates up to 1.3 million key phrases. Local qualifier with main keyword. Montreal carpet cleaning, etc etc.
