Another over-asked wordpress plugin question :(

Alright, I have used the search button. I have searched in google. I just can't seem to find what I am looking for whether it be because I am not using the right keywords or just that there is not a plugin created that does this but here it is anyways.

So, I am in the middle of setting up a membership site using wordpress. I have the membership plugin picked out (WPSalesAutomator by Neil H.)

What I need is just a single plugin that allows me to drip feed content based off when a subscriber joins like an auto responder.

Now, any research I have done, has always led me to buying another membership plugin (Amember, Dap, or Memberwing-X to be precise..). I really don't want to do this if I can help it, I am perfectly happy and fully content with my current membership plugin. My only problem is the drip fed sequence outlined above.

So... In shorter terms, do any of you know of a plugin that produces blog posts based off of the subscribers join date much like an autoresponder does

    I don't think there are free plugin that can do this, I saw a cheap membership plugin that have this feature here:

    But you will have to switch your plugin to it.

      If I understand correctly, what you are looking for is a plugin that will allow your subscribers to see one post or another in sequence based on when they subscribed, meaning, you will have all your posts loaded but you would schedule viewing of each post for each separate subscriber, am I right in making this assumption?

      If so, what you are looking for would kind of fall into the functionality of a split testing rotator, you know, the one that shows more than one version of say, the same sales page and splits it equally among visitors to the page so you can test which one converts better, Not that you want to use it that way but with a somewhat similar functionality.

      I think that cannot be acomplished with just a membership plugin. In fact it could be a little harder to find taht you think.

      I would think a plugin that identified your subscribers by IP and fed the content based on that would work, except most IP addreses for residential customers tend to be dynamic rather than fixed, meaning if you restart your modem/router ( a crash, network problems, power outage) the IP address would change and thus it would not recognize your old one.

      The idea is interesting enough that I will look into it myself. The ebsite project I´m looking at now could do with this functionality.

    The problem with finding a 3rd party plugin to work for you is that it would also have to "talk" (integrate) with your current membership plugin (not likely at all).

    Most membership plugins out there have some sort of drip feature built in and will do exactly what you want. So you may want to contact your plugin's developer and see if that is an upcoming feature to be added or switch to another membership plugin.
