If you can get a credit card it's your best option, although it can cause trouble as well. It's ugly if companies don't provide a variety of payment options, but it happens. I once lost my aweber account because authorize.net (used by aweber) made technical changes and is not not able to process my Mastercard in Germany. So for 6 months they were able to do it and then the system stopped working and nobody cared, neither aweber nor authorize.net. Since they made these changes I can't make any purchase with a company that uses authorize.net. Happened again just a few days ago when buying Sourcecodegoldmine. What I did then is to buy Autoresponse Plus. They do provide paypal as payment system. Maybe it's an option for you too. Ralf |

A few options for you. Emailaces accepts paypal. Otherwise you can get a virtual credit card. I have a couple I use for online stuff. Paypal now do their own visa card that debits your paypal account. It costs £4.95 and is called a 'top up card'. Alternatively try http://www.3vcash.com. This is a card you load from any paypoint place - many newsagents have these. They make a charge to load larger amounts on to the card of £2 I think and £1.75 to remove any surplus cash. Rich | |
