Can I link to one of my sites here?

I want to get feedback from warriors about one of my sites, but not sure if and where it would be appropriate, so before I do things wrong, I thought I would ask here? Am I not allowed at all, is there a specific section where I can do that?
The site does not sell a product, nor requires you to join a list just to go past the front page etc etc. It is a free site that targets IMers.

So, please let me know if you would!

    Because it is in the IM Niche it is very difficult to post on here and not look self promotional.

    But as there is no list and sales product etc you may be okay... I say this with caution and hope a Mod answers you more certainly
