Form Builder Services
Hey Guys,
I'm looking for a form builder (cheap or free), that will
A) Let me customize the form
B) Let me send visitors to my own thank-you page after.
C) Let me customize the entire confirmation message, so I'm not forced to include anything.
D) Runs as a decent autoresponder with a double opt-in.
E) No "Created by Formwizard" ad text on the form or email.
This is for phone sales leads so we're not worried about deliverability and spam issues so much. We just need it to look professional and get the job done.
Any ideas?
