hi everyone, i am currently using getresponse auto responder services. The problem am having, is that unless a link is in my mail and my subscribers click on the link I have no idea on how many persons actually read the mail. Any advice would be appreciated Thanks in advance. |

You setup it up under campaign settings and you send html emails.

Whenever you create the broadcast or the follow-up message you can simply check a box that allows you to track the open rate. I have found the open rates be tracked fairly well. That is not to be said about the click through rate though. It appears that GetResponses click through tracking is very buggy. Sometimes the links are tracked sometimes they are not. But, I have found the open rates to be very reliable. Quote:
