Hello, i would like to ask about website and domain flipping.

It sounds really interesting, and i would like to do it So is it easy for newbies? I have some html, css, php, ps skills, but not much. Also is there any big investment needed? Also is it easy to get buyers or something?

    Flipping is easy if you have a website worth selling! Nobody wants to buy a website that does not offer value. You need to solve a problem someone has with the website and then they're ready to buy.

    Value can be in the backlinks and pagerank, turnkey website for someone who doesn't know how to set one up, monthly revenue and so on.

    I have heard it is simple for those with premade money making templates that can just copy and paste and sell the green and promise the buyer that the site will monetize in minutes.

    I have know people to Buy a domain, copy&paste, sell within a matter of minutes.

    It is ridiculous, but you need the skill set and a guaranteed formula.

    hey, thanks for anwsers. i see many WSO's saying they make 500$ proffit with that in 3 days. i would like to know what they do to a website to get that value in 3 days :S

    It used to be the case that you could sell start up websites for over $60 consistently but nowadays it's getting difficult. Most people look for some of these things when they buy a website,

    -unique design
    -already monetised
    -decent traffic/SEO

    Unless you've got a really good domain or niche that the website is set-up on it can be difficult to flip a website within a day for decent profit. After all remeber that there are listing fees of up $19 on websites like flippa and on top of that the cost of domain and hosting.

    Websites flipping is a good business you can give a try but I will urge you to learn all the basics involved or required before setting into the flipping of websites because it will help you to know if website flipping is the the right business for you.

      I agree, don't just rush into it but find out as much information as you can first. Flipping brand new site isn't as easy as it use to be, I think to really make good money flipping sites you need to get the site established and making money and then sell it.

    Make sure you research this. I would recommend getting the site established first. It's not as easy as it used to be to flip a completely new website. You'll have more success if the website is established and making money before you to to sell it. Having a good domain is also important to you chances of success.
