    I have heard of "People doing Launches..." but I have never heard how anybody would go about doing a launch." So..if you know how... I would really appreciated if you could share some advice on what and what not to do. Thanks.

    I would remove the private invitation on your YouTube video on your squeeze page. Then the world can see it and you may get more signups to your squeeze. That would help you get started
