Emailing sites help.

Hi fellow warriors after searching the forum i've not found a good answer to my problem.


I have searched through the internet and found a good list of sites that i want to contact directly to inquire about either of the following, affiliate offer, JV or offer of my service.

Now as I see it.

I can go to the site myself find a contact page and email them from that details.

or

I can hire someone to do it.

or

find a piece of software to do it.

What I don't understand and need help with, is if I can do this manually what is the difference between a cold call and spam?

I'm sure some of you have done this can you recommned me your suggestions.

and before the suggestions come in, I don't want to create a landing page and wait for customers to come to me, I want to go after them.

    Interesting point.

    On the specific subject of contact forms - if someone has one inviting people to contact them with enquiries, they can hardly complain if you do - unless they specify the kind of enquiries it may be used for and you disregard that.
