BlackFriday - Suggestion

Ok, I have a product just about finished for BlackFriday.
I want to launch it / market it prior to, maybe a week or so before.
I have researched and it is a high-end product which is being created.
I have the sites where I will market the blackfriday deal on...
I expect over 200+ sales from this launch (due to prior years, but never flipped for potential Christmas Buyers)

Here is my question, I want to flip this site right after BF.
Anyone do this before?
Any suggestions?

    i've had some success selling on flippa.com but the thing is with your BF site, is that if you are honest you'd have to report the earnings all in that one small time frame. so it might make it difficult to sell based on just a few months top earnings. unless someone wanted a seasonal site. hope that makes sense.
