PayPal's iPhone Application
As has been discussed here many times, one thing we've got to deal with as PayPal vendors is the scenario where a customer orders but doesn't complete the sale by clicking "return to seller" link/button. This means they've paid but didn't get the goods and usually don't understand why.
Until recently, I used to regularly log in to PayPal on my iPhone (in the Safari browser) to check for new "incomplete" sales that had come in so I could deal with them manually.
It was fine but slow and time-consuming.
Then along came the PayPal iPhone application that promises to alert you in real-time when a new payment comes in.
It's cool when it works which, in my experience, is about 50% of the time.
If you're relying on this, be aware, it's very hit and miss.
