Transactions from customer to manufacturer

Hi all, can anybody give me any tips on how to do a transaction for a product, where I am the middle man?

Let me explain: As I don't have any great capital, bulk buy is not an option at the moment - My idea is to display products from the manufacturer on my website and when a customer makes a purchase, they pay through my pay pal account and then I pay the manufacturer the total costs and release postage information to the manufacturer so that the manufacturer can organize the delivery.

Has anybody any suggestions?

    I tried to set something up like this before, I was told the PayPal API does not allow automatic payments out or something. I've just hired someone to do it ever since. Most of my business works like what you have described. negative side is that I have higher costs and slower action, but the positive thing is that I've built better relationships with suppliers.
