You can check out odesk.com. I have found very good help there.

Your question doesn't make any sense. You decide what work you need done, then you hire someone who says they can do it. If you don't know what you need an outsourcer to do then you need to figure it out first.

You will certainly have to give clear directions to your outsourcer and you might have to teach them how to do something the way you like it done.

Might I suggest a different approach.

Go to oDesk like you are looking for work.

              oDesk.com -> Find work -> Advanced

Put in your keywords like "create web sites link building"

Check Employer Rating "At least 4 Stars"

              Then click Search Jobs.

This will do a few things for you.

              - It will show you how high-rated employers create their job posts. I cut-n-paste to begin building my posts.

              - It may give you some ideas that you haven't thought about.

              - It will give you an idea of what they are paying for different projects.

You will save a lot of time, grief, and money if you pick up my WSO from my signature.

              Hope this helps.

Guys come on please help me more .I really need to outsource my work .
You could hire an outsourcer to find you other outsourcers for areas you need covered.

You already got a suggestion....did you look at oDesk? It's full of outsourcers.

Post jobs on oDesk, eLance etc. and see what quotes you get back. You can also outsource to fiveer.com and zeerk.com

what all will he shee do
Whatever you ask in your job proposal. Ask for writers, designers, SEO...whatever

Also do i have to teach them the work ??
You will have to give them direcion on what you need done but if you have to train them it would take too much time and be too much hassle.

Just google "Phillipines outsourcing" and you'll also find hundreds of companies.

I feel like... if you don't know what your outsourcer should do for you, you may not be ready to outsource...

As I am a newbie, I think if I were to outsource my work, I just have to try out and see what works for me, we may not hit the target always, sometimes, we may lose a little money along the way

I think you start with a less effective question in mind.

Don't you ask what sort of help you need to accomplish your goal before looking for a person to help?

I use oDesk.com to do my outsourcing too. That platform can give you ideas what work you can outsource.

I am a newbie also and have just put in my first orders for outsourced work.

I went to the warriors for hire section because I want people who know what they are doing and are held accountable for their results.

I am outsourcing content and linkbuilding because I think the time saved is worth the cost.

I think you would be better off looking for a few people rather than just one . . .

Have them specialize in one area, i.e. article writing or backlinking.

This would probably be the most efficient method and this is what seems to work for most people. Trying to find one person to do it all will be hard . . .

well, i think its important to stay in your budget, there ar very good workers in odesk....

it all depends on your projects and what you are actually working on....

you can pay someone real cheap for a reasonable amount of work, I think $300 is alot if youre just starting up....

you can get someone to get like 25-30 articles a week written for you, if they work 3 days a week, and you can only pay them like $30 a month...

I know its sounds real cheap lol, but again, make sure youre are in your budget, when you get growth go higher

I agree with affiliatepro. $300 is a lot. Just buy what you need right now. Anyone who can do it all, will be doing it for themselves; and will be way out of your (or anyone's) price range.
