    Hey Thomas,

When it comes to sales pages, social proof is everything.

And testimonials are awesome. But I recommend showing only your best testimonials that are both genuine, exciting, and informative. And by that I mean don't have testimonials that are nothing but hype...the reader can see right through it.

So with that said, I say have about 7 or so throughout your sales page. Have two at the top, two in the middle and three towards the bottom.

Glad I could be of help Thomas.

Another thing I wanted to mention was that you should look at several sales pages of the most successful Internet Marketers or Guru's online and model your sales page and testimonials similar to the way they've done. I mean they've got to know a thing or two about high converting squeeze pages, since they're so successful and making all that money.

So...as Tony Robbins always says, "the key to success is modeling successful people..."

        Wishing you many, many sales.

Yes I would agree only show a handful of quality video testimonials sporadically throughout the page. people differ, some put them higher some put them lower but i would recommend that you build rapport with your reader on the landing page first and yes then put your best video testimonials at the bottom.

    Only the best ones...

    Sprinkled throughout the sales letter...

How many exactly depends on the length of the letter, but I agree with the others - a couple , then more copy, then a few more and wrap up at the end before the buy button.

    All success,

How many should you use? As many as you have.

    It's that simple.

If you have more than a couple dozen, consider making a video showing all the testimonials you have. I think it was Jason Fladlien who did a video of all the testimonial emails he got from customers.... the video was 12 minutes long.

Think a 12 minute video of nothing but testimonials is enough social proof?

Depending on how long your salesletter is and what you are selling I think six would be sufficient. That is only if they are absolutely top notch testimonials. You don't want any weak ones in there. If you are selling a high priced item and you think that you need more social proof than that, have a testimonials tab with plenty more videos that aren't included on the salespage.
