That's what I'm actually doing with my main list group. I tend to add the broadcast emails that have reaped the most sales into my follow-up sequence.

But in order to avoid conflicts with the broadcasts (we want to avoid unintentionally sending two promo emails in a day), I search, save and send only to subscribers in that group who have finished the whole autoresponder sequence. Aweber has this "Search" feature.

This is really good... I'm about 80% sure I sent 4 emails out to a particular part of my list yesterday because of this... whoops!
