Hey mblount, no stupid questions here! I'm going to answer, even though I'm a complete newbie here too. Learning lots from this forum.

    WSO - Warrior Special Offer
    SEO - Search Engine Optimization
    PLR - Private Label Rights
Not sure about SO - maybe someone else can chime in.

Google any of them to find out more. Go to the Warrior Special Offers Forum and look at the deals that Warriors offer to others - usually with a great price.

    hope that helps.

If you hover your mouse pointer over the words that have a dotted underline, the definition pops up.

Edited to add: There is no underline in Internet Explorer (must be a FireFox thing), but the pop-up still works.

Torrent - Usually an illegal download of somebody's ebook or software

Backlink - A live link on somebodies website, article, blog comment, or sig file that points back to your website. Google will rank your site higher in the SERPs with the more backlinks you have.

SERP - Search Engine Results Page...that's what you get when you do a search in Google and it returns all the websites ranked by relevancy and usually backlinks.

      Thanks everybody
And yes I am a Firefox user. Somebody got me hooked on it probably 6 years ago. Hopefully there will be no more abbreviations that I don't know and yes you can mouse over a underlined word and it tells u what it means. I just learned that tonight so it goes to show u even old dogs learn new tricks.
      Thanks again

You might want to bookmark these for future reference:

    The Internet Marketing Dictionary

    And a couple of observations:

    (a) This isn't a "stupid" newbie question. In fact asking to define terminology in a field you are new to is a sign of intelligence, not stupidity.

    (b) You also edited your post and wrote "cause I am stupid" as the reason. While I don't actually know you I suspect this isn't true, and I have two pieces of evidence to back that up - (1) you wrote this post and (2) you use Firefox instead of IE!

    (c) As someone of the same generation as you I can assure you that 55 does not make you an "old man"!!

As for the "SO" abbreviation you'll need to provide the source you found it and what context it was being used in - it isn't an Internet Marketing or technical term I'm aware of.
