Tracking PPV -> CPA campaing?

Hi warriors,

I decided to get into the paid traffic. I tried to make a little research but i can't find a free information about setting it up.
First of all i can't install prosper202 on my hosting (hostmonster) because some mySQL stuff is not supported.
Is tracking202 a hosted version of prosper or I'm wrong?
If it can work for me i really need some tutorial of how to set it up.

I tried to find solution of my problem on the support page Community-powered support for Tracking202 but nothing found.
