Question about Clickbank

I have been reading everything I can about IM and am starting to see the light.

My offline conversions are extremely strong. I haven't done anything with IM yet.

I plan to launch my product on ClickBank as well (as soon as the sales page is finished). My problem is about splits. I recently went on the ClickBank marketplace and it seems as if you are Scrooge if you offer a 50% split. I see everyone offering between 60 - 75%.

My pricepoint is $197 and I was planning on offering a 50% split. Is this something that will work?

Any advise is appreciated.

Thanks

What type of product? What niche and what do you offer? Do you have current email lists?

      Thanks for your response

We have an all encompassing program that allows someone to achieve all of the following:
      • Mortgage Modification
      • Debt Settlement
      • Credit Repair
      • Auto Modification
      • Short Sale
      • Debt Accelerator
We were one of the largest loss mitigation firms for the loan modification and debt settlement industries. We had an affiliate network of over 1000 members that would contact people in financial distress and sell them a financial service. They would charge that client between $2000 and $8000 for each service and then send us the file to process. We were paid between $300 and $600 a file.

We actually stopped this business because we were tired of seeing people ripped off and overpaying for these services. So we replicated our process so anyone can achieve the same results that a professional company could get them. But they would only be paying $197 for all 6 programs.

We are starting a revolution in the way people get help so they do not have to pay a "professional" money that they do not have in order to get financially healthy.

The offer is a commission of $83.75 for each Debt Rx System sold plus residual income from each person in your downline (5 levels deep) between $9.85 and $19.70 per sale depending on the level.

I am not exactly sure what you mean by "current email lists". I have my database of offline markters.

Circa 2002, Clickbank set the Retail Price limit at $100.00. You would have to 'ask them' to have your Price Limit increased. I don't know if that is still the case.

Overall, I have been happy with Clickbank (as a Vendor). I haven't had a need to ask for a price limit increase... yet. ; )
