Searching For Thread About Offering Free Websites If The Client Used Your Reseller Account?

I remember a while back there was a great thread where someone discussed their business model whereby they offered a free website design to anyone who signed up with their hosting reseller account. It was a great idea and generated an interesting discussion afterward about other ways to upsell those initial clients. I have spent the last 45 minutes searching various combos of the keywords involved but can't find it anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
