Would you do this to get a top quality blog package?

Hey guys,

If any of you visit the "Complete Sites for Sale" section you will probably notice that I pop up every so often with different things for sale. Web design and wordpress are my areas of expertise.

Well, I was just thinking about something today. I'm starting to get into CPA (thanks to a great WSO I bought the other day from cashman) and I got accepted to CPALead. Most of their offers are surveys where the visitor completes the survey and then gets some juicy content. What would be your opinion if I set up a survey for people to complete and then gave them a blog package for free when they completed the survey?

Would that be a legit enough method? I wouldn't want to start doing it and then get banned or something.

Just putting it out there for some more experienced heads to comment on and help me out.
